Royalty
Free:
Once you have made a purchase, you have the right to use that image
however you like and
wherever you like... even as many times as you like!
Our images have one flat charge that isn't governed by the print run,
whether it's being used
inside a magazine or on the front cover. You can even save the image
to your hard drive or CD
and use again for another project without paying another penny. You
may crop or distort the
image in any way you like. The only limitation is that you may not re-sell
our photographs.
Rights Protected / Managed:
All of our images are purchased on a Royalty Free basis for a flat fee
(see 'pricing').
You can request a particular image be made Rights Protected for a period
of time, the
advantage being that you will have sole use of that image for that requested
period of time.
This is more expensive though as we cannot allow anyone else use of
that image over the
said time limit. We cannot give an accurate price for this until we
know the time scale
involved but usually for one image having 'Rights Protected / Managed'
applied to it,
the charge would double for a time limit of 12 months.
Our library:
Our image photo library consists of over 20,000 (and growing weekly)
high quality photographs
saved at 450dpi at a physical size of 20cm x 14.5cm or larger in jpg
format (compressed for
optimum quality at 1:10 for transmission by email, isdn or ftp to between
1.5MB and 2.5MB)
in RGB, although they can also be sent as CMYK on request. We can also
write images to
CD and send by Standard Mail for no additional charge Nationally and
Internationally.
If another service is required, eg; Express Next Day, Recorded Delivery
etc for a minimum
order, we may need to add the additional cost involved to that order.
Searching:
If you can't find the specific image you require, please contact
us with a description.
We might have exactly what you are after but it may not have been added
to our database yet.
We offer an excellent discount rate for multiple image orders and award
discounts for those
customers who purchase our images regularly. Please see our 'charges'
page for examples
of how these might benefit you.
Charities / Education:
If you are an educational institution or a charitable organisation,
we would be happy in
providing you with images free of charge providing the request is reasonable.
Using our System:
• If
you wish to purchase on-line, please open the shopping trolley by clicking
on that symbol.
You can keep the shopping trolley minimised whilst browsing and simply
maximise when
ready to place an order or add to your order. If you should close the
shopping trolley at any
time, you can click the 'buy online' button on the 'search' or 'search
results' pages at any time
and the system will still be holding your details.

You should expect to receive your image(s) by email, isdn or ftp within
1 to 2 hours of
placing your order. We accept all major credit cards and our credit
card processor resides
on an SSL secure server for your security. No card details are kept
and none of your details
are passed to any third party.

If you wish
to pay by cheque (check) or electronic transfer, please make a note
of the
image(s) you require and either telephone
or email us to arrange.
An 'email / contact us' link
can be found on the search results pages. The file name will display
when your cursor passes
over an image enlarged from a thumbnail.
